HTC One X, Worth buying?

Hey everyone,theres a new mobile phone by HTC. Its the first phone suited with quad-core processor and new imageChip by HTC (going against apple abviously),its the HTC One X. So the phone is so smooth but i dont think it can beat the upcoming iphone 5 which also has quad-core(rumours). These are the specs :

The display is much better than other latest HTC phones and it comes with gorilla glass..at last!. Its screen is 4.7 inch, same as the Sensation XL, with better resolution. HTC now changed its lower keys to suit the IceCream Sandwich (android 4.0). Even with lots of new features from HTC, i feel like something is missing from the phone. Lack of design??maybe. So,the phone costs about $700-800 USD and RM1800-2000 in Malaysia. And you can notice that theres already some SECONDHAND HTC One X in the web. So whats the problem?
